Rosalie Ebrada, 7 year-old, Grade 1 student, from Barangay Viga, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, passed away on 21 November 2007 apparently due to starvation and diarrhea. Her parents claimed she ate poisoned fish around the same time as the recent fish kill in the island. Here is the interview with her grandmother.
